Fitness Services

In Person Fitness Training:

$20 consult fee

$40 per hour for one hour, $5 off per session when you sign up for weekly sessions

Plan includes:

Program will depend on what type of fitness you enjoy (HIIT, power lifting, body building, etc) and longevity of partnership. I will provide you a personalized fitness program based on the information given to me and the goals you set for yourself. Each session will be one hour long, $5 extra for every 30 mins passed the hour. As a trainer I will help motivate you and push you to reach you long term goal of optimal health.

Location of training sessions are currently conducted at KT3 in Fulton, IL.


Virtual Fitness Training:

$20 consult fee

Plan Includes:

If you are outside of my local area, we can set up virtual training in all aspects; videos, online plans, etc.

Self-Starter Fitness Training:

$20 consult fee

$200 for a 30-day fitness plan (3x a week)

Plan Includes:

Sometimes we just need a little push in the beginning. In 30 days I'll teach you the basics of the gym to help you start your fitness journey. 3 times a week we will get together to learn all about the different types of exercises, different styles of working out plus an overall knowledge of the equipment & how to use it, proper body mechanics, pre and post workout bodily prep.

In-Home Fitness Training:

free consult

$30 per session

Plan includes:

No gym membership? Have your own home gym and/or equipment? No problem! I will come to you! In the comfort of your own home gym, I will help create a personalized plan based on your personalized equipment and personal goals. No equipment? No problem! I can put together a body weight workout you can do right in your living room until you're ready for your very own equipment.

Monthly Bundles:

1 month (4 weeks) - $150

2 months (8 weeks) $200

3 months (12 weeks) $250

Plan Includes

Want  a trainer on an "as needed" schedule? Maybe just someone for an accountability partner. A gym buddy to workout with? plan as you's like for a designated amount of time. Included in this bundle is free access to any group classes I may instruct, and one t-shirt of your choice.

Nutrition Services

Nutrition Planning:

$20 consult fee

can be added to any fitness plan for 50% off

$150 for a 30 day plan

$200 for a 60 day plan

$ 300 for a 90 day plan

Plan includes: 

a personalized grocery guide, a personalized week by week meal plan, included access to recipes & meal ideas, I'll teach you how to track calories, macro/micro nutrients, and recommend supplements as needed.

group classes for a business - $150 per hour (price varies upon location & travel cost)

companion grocery shopping - $ 20 per hour/session

customized google sheet trackers- $15 per set
