What are the benefits of working with a personal trainer?

Most of us know we need to exercise more, but often people don’t know where to start, what to do, how much, how often. Personal trainers assess their clients needs and goals so that they can find a program that works best for each individual person. For more experienced clients, personal trainers can assist clients in breaking through plateaus or boredom by selecting exercises that will continue to challenge the body in new ways. 


How do I know you are the RIGHT trainer for me?

First and foremost, we would have a consultation to meet in person and go over what you are wanting to get out of your personal training sessions. You would fill out paperwork and chat with me so that we can decide together if we are a good match!


How do I sign up to work with you?

Fill out the form located in the "Contact Me" section of the website and I will get ahold of you so that we can schedule your first consultation!!


What happens when our program is over?

SIGN UP AGAIN! I'm always here to continue our services, even if you just want an accountability partner. we have all kinds of options for returning clients as well as newbies! If you choose to stop, that's okay! that means I've done my job enough that you're better than before, and you have the knowledge to continue on alone. Guilt free! I'm here to cheer you on regardless.
